She Who Burned
A Feminine Liberation Women's Circle

But not quietly. Not apologetically. Not alone.

October 22, 2025 | 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. | Four Farms Place, Greensboro, NC

She burned for being powerful.

We carry the scorch marks of every woman who was silenced.
The ones who were called too much.
Too loud. Too emotional. Too wild. Too powerful.

The ones who were punished, not for what they did,
but for who they were.

They didn’t burn witches.
They burned women.
Women who healed. Women who bled. Women who birthed. Women who dared to speak.

And the rest of us learned to be careful.
To bite our tongues.
To dim our fire.
To not just hide our rituals, but to hide our truth.

We silenced our anger.
We swallowed our grief.
We softened our edges to stay safe.
We learned to survive by shrinking.

But here’s the truth: your fire never died.
It is still inside you. Smoldering. Waiting. Rising.

In October, we gather to let it out.
To speak. To shake. To burn. Not for shame, but for freedom.

This Circle Is For You If...

  • You have swallowed your words until your throat ached. You know the moment: the heat rising in your chest, the words pressing at the back of your throat, and the silence you choose instead. You leave conversations replaying everything you wished you had said, ashamed that you stayed quiet once again.

  • You have hidden your truth to stay safe or likable. You downplay your needs, soften your opinions, and tuck away the rituals that nourish you. Your truth feels dangerous, so you choose the mask, even though part of you is burning inside.

  • You have been told you are too much, too emotional, or too dramatic when you dared to be real. Maybe it was your tears, your anger, or simply your joy that got you labeled as over-the-top. The message landed in your body: being your full self means being punished, so you learned to shrink.

  • You feel anger rise but choke it back, afraid it will cost you love. The fire in your belly feels alive, but also terrifying. You swallow it down to keep the peace, leaving your body buzzing with all that unspoken energy, unsure where it can safely go.

  • You crave women who will hold you in your fire, your grief, and your softness without judgment. You are tired of circles where you have to perform palatable, smile when you want to scream, or stay quiet when you want to roar. You long for a sisterhood where every part of you is welcome, celebrated, and safe.

What to Expect

During our 90 minutes together, you will be guided through:

  • A grounding ritual to begin. Think of this as arriving fully into your body and into the space. We might close our eyes, breathe together, light a candle, or call in the strength of the women who came before us. This helps you feel safe, steady, and connected right from the start.

  • A grief and rage release practice. You will be invited to let emotions move through your body in ways that may not feel “polite” but are deeply healing. That could look like crying without apology, stomping your feet, shaking your hands, or letting your voice make sound — even a scream if that is what your body needs. You choose what feels right for you, and nothing is forced.

  • Sharing and witnessing in circle. You will have the option to speak something you’ve been holding — a truth, a feeling, a memory — and to be witnessed in it. No one will try to fix you or judge you. The power is simply in being seen and heard.

  • Integration and closing ritual. We will end by bringing your body back into softness and calm. This might be guided rest, gentle breath, or a few minutes of stillness so you leave grounded, safe, and held
