Hi, I'm Mika.

My
Story
I am a survivor of domestic violence. I have lived with depression. I have also lived alongside many women whose bodies and lives have been shaped by violence -- personal, relational, and systemic. Because of that, I understand survival not as a concept, but as a way of living that settles into the nervous system and quietly shapes how a woman moves through the world.
I also recognize a quieter kind of survival many women carry. The ongoing survival of being a woman in a world that asks us to shrink, endure, adapt, manage, and hold everything together. Even when life looks fine from the outside, the body is often still bracing. Aliveness dims. Choice narrows.
Fierce & Free Feminine exists because I am done with that being the default.
This work is not about fixing women or asking them to heal harder. It is about creating spaces where safety can be chosen, built, and protected. Spaces where the body can soften enough to feel again. When that happens, something powerful returns. Awe. Choice. Sovereignty.
My life has taught me to seek sanctuary. In my body, in place, and in shared experience. Through travel, movement, creativity, and being together, I create spaces where women don’t have to perform strength or prove readiness. I don’t lead from above. I walk alongside.
This is work for women who are ready to stop surviving their lives and begin choosing them.
