Many women learn survival through violence -- personal, relational, or systemic. Others learn it through a world that quietly asks women to shrink, endure, adapt, manage, and hold everything together. Over time, survival shapes the body, the nervous system, and how you move through your life.
Fierce & Free Feminine is for women who are ready to come out of survival and back into their bodies, their choices, and their lives. Rooted in the understanding that safety must be created, this work invites women to reclaim power without force, and freedom without abandoning themselves.
