Join me and Madison Daniels of A Holistic Awakening for a deeply nourishing evening by the water at Lake Brandt in Greensboro, NC. We’ll meet at the Piedmont Trail parking lot at 6:30 PM, then take a short 0.25-mile walk to a serene lakeside spot where we’ll set up for our practice. I’ll guide you through an immersive yoga flow using wireless headphones, so you can drop in deeply...tuning out the noise and tuning into your body, breath, and the rhythm of the earth. As golden hour settles in, we’ll move into meditation while Madison offers Reiki energy healing to support energetic release and inner stillness.
