Mik and I first met at a women’s retreat in Costa Rica, and her presence has been transformative in my life. Through her lens, I’ve learned to see myself with more love, compassion, and strength than I ever thought possible. Our retreat will take place at a breathtaking eco-sanctuary nestled high on a steep mountainside, overlooking the lush Panchoy Valley. The property spans 14 acres, offering expansive views that will leave you in awe, and an energy so captivating you may never want to leave.
Designed to harmonize with nature, this haven includes everything we need for an unforgettable experience. Whether you're staying in cozy mountain-view cabins, geo-domes, or treehouses, you'll be immersed in the beauty of the surrounding jungle and volcanoes, with each accommodation offering a peaceful space for rest and reflection.
The property also features a stunning restaurant, known for its famous farm-to-table menu. Focused on fresh, tropical flavors, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and locally sourced ingredients -- including the farm’s very own organic avocados -- our meals are designed to nourish the body, mind, and spirit.
For our practice and movement, the yoga studio sits high in the treetops, offering panoramic views of Antigua’s three volcanoes. With floor-to-ceiling windows that open completely, this indoor space is perfect for connecting with nature and your inner self.
