For the Woman Who Feels the Thread and the Tension
This space isn’t only for those with deep wounds.
It’s for the woman who feels a quiet nudge.
The one who wants to deepen her relationship with her feminine lineage.
The one who hears echoes in her body, dreams, or heart and wants to listen.
Maybe your mother was your guide.
Maybe she wasn’t.
Maybe you never really knew her, but still feel her in your bones.
This is not about blame.
It’s not about cutting ties.
It’s about honoring what shaped you and releasing what no longer needs to live inside you.
You can love your mother and still choose a different path.
You can carry the legacy and still reimagine the future.
You can hold reverence and still feel the ache.
There is room for all of it here.
What You’ll Experience
This is a ritual circle. You will be invited to:
-
Reflect on what your maternal line passed down — spoken or unspoken
-
Acknowledge the patterns, beliefs, and emotional imprints you carry
-
Release inherited energy from your body without shame or urgency
-
Choose what you want to carry forward and what ends with you
-
Remember your own wisdom and place in the feminine lineage
What’s Included Inside
During our 90 minutes together, you will be guided through:
-
A grounding ritual to begin. Think of this as arriving fully into your body and into the space. We might close our eyes, breathe together, light a candle, or call in the strength of the women who came before us. This helps you feel safe, steady, and connected right from the start.
-
Ancestral Cord Cutting Ritual. A gentle yet powerful energetic release. You’ll be guided to let go of emotional and energetic patterns that may not have started with you, but have lived within you for too long.
-
Sharing and witnessing in circle. You will have the option to speak something you’ve been holding — a truth, a feeling, a memory — and to be witnessed in it. No one will try to fix you or judge you. The power is simply in being seen and heard.
-
Integration and closing ritual. We will end by bringing your body back into softness and calm. This might be guided rest, gentle breath, or a few minutes of stillness so you leave grounded, safe, and held
